All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars). We currently accept Direct Bank Transfers and other regionally supported methods (such as PayID or Osko). Full payment is required before we process or ship your order. Applicable taxes are applied at checkout based on your delivery location.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellations

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom or modified containers cannot be canceled once production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Summary)

6. Returns & Refunds (Summary)

We offer returns within 30 days for standard containers, provided they meet our return criteria. Custom containers are not eligible for return unless faulty. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Custom Orders

Customized containers are built according to your specifications and are final sale. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not permitted. We are not responsible for inaccurate details provided by the customer.

8. Used Container Condition

Used containers are sold in “as-is” condition with clear disclosure of their state. Cosmetic flaws such as rust, scratches, or dents are common. Structural soundness is guaranteed before delivery.

9. Intellectual Property
