Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM local time (Sydney time for Australia, New York time for the USA) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will begin processing the next business day.

Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our trusted freight and logistics partners for delivery.
Transit Time: 5–7 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–11 business days from the date of order

Shipping Charges
Flat Rate Shipping Fee:
AUD $755.00 for orders shipped within Australia
USD $500.00 for orders shipped within the United States
This fee includes handling, logistics coordination, and freight delivery. Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas. We will contact you if applicable.
Taxes & Duties
Australia: All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). No additional tax is charged at checkout.
United States: Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
Import Duties: Not applicable, as all orders are shipped domestically within each country.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across mainland Australia and all 50 U.S. states, including major regional areas.
We do not deliver to offshore territories or extremely remote areas that are inaccessible by standard freight transport.
