30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your container if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, as long as the item qualifies under our return guidelines.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized containers with special modifications or custom-built features — unless the container is defective or arrives damaged.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before confirming any customizations.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email our support team at support@chasecontainersltd.com within 30 days of your delivery date.

  2. Receive Return Label
    We’ll send you a return label. For returns due to customer reasons, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

  3. Prepare the Container
    Ensure the container is in its original, undamaged condition (unless returning due to a defect) and accessible for freight pickup.

  4. Schedule Pickup
    Our logistics team will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient pickup time based on your location and availability.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind, ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will cover the full return cost.

Inspection & Refund Timeline
Once the container is returned and inspected at our facility, a full refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days if the item meets our return conditions.

No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Containers That Arrive Damaged or Defective
If your container arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@chasecontainersltd.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

No Product Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or type:

  • Complete the return process for the original container

  • Place a new order on our website
